Implus Corporation Names Michael Polk as Interim CEO

In a significant leadership transition, Implus Corporation
has appointed Michael Polk as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. This change
follows the departure of Seth Richards and Todd Vore, who have led the company
through remarkable growth over two decades.

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus Corporation. He previously served as
the CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His career also includes executive
roles at Unilever and Kraft, along with foundational experience at Procter
& Gamble. These positions have equipped him with a comprehensive
understanding of the consumer products sector, making him well-suited to steer
Implus through its next phase of growth.

The appointment was announced by Dave Bordeau, Chairman of the Implus Board of Directors. Bordeau
expressed confidence in Polk’s ability to accelerate the company’s growth and
strengthen its market presence. “We are thrilled to have Michael Polk join us. His expertise will be invaluable as we
continue to develop our brands,” said Bordeau.

Under Polk’s leadership, Implus Corporation aims to expand its portfolio and enhance its
global reach. With more than 20 brands under its umbrella, including Sof Sole
and Yaktrax, the company is poised for continued success.
